UPDATE 3/2/23
Today the city's certified City Arborist Brent Levy supervised tree work by Bartlett Tree Service at 708 Butler Avenue. Two palm trees were removed, and limbs pruned from two live oak trees using proper pruning techniques. The existing tree permit includes removal of four palm trees and one live oak tree. An additional dead water oak may be added to the permit due to concerns by the arborist. Removal of the remaining live oak tree and water oak tree is pending approval and set up of traffic controls on Butler Avenue, necessary to complete the job due to overhanging limbs.
SITE PLAN (Note: The final plat will be recorded when infrastructure is complete and city council approves it. However, the easement preserving the trees is finalized.)
