All documents have been executed by the City and Mr. Koncul for 708 Butler Avenue and were recorded with Chatham County on Friday, February 24, ,2023. The Tree Permit will be issued and work will begin on or about March 2, 2023. Brent Levy, Arborist, City of Tybee Island will be on site to ensure trees will be pruned and cut down per the approved Site Plan.
