TYBEE ISLAND’S VOLUNTARY BOIL WATER ADVISORY LIFTED

The voluntary boil water advisory for Tybee Island has been lifted as of 7 p.m. Our water sampling over the past 24 hours has consistently shown that our water supply was not contaminated at any time by the disruption to the water system that occurred on Oct. 12. The advisory was a precautionary measure.
