Due to the Tybee Island Songwriter's Festival, traffic at the roundabout will be impacted April 8-9. Barricades and a stage will be at the roundabout and parking lot entrance Friday afternoon through Saturday evening. Strand Avenue will remain accessible to vehicle traffic from Tybrisa.
