Tybrisa Street, Strand Avenue and the Strand parking lot between 17th Street and the Roundabout will be closed for the Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration on Nov. 27 at noon and reopening later that evening after the event.
Vehicles may enter the Strand parking lot at 17th Street during the closures.
