REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The City of Tybee Island, GA is requesting proposals for a Clarifier Rebuild. Proposals must be submitted by 2 o’clock pm on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 to Melissa Freeman, City Hall, 403 Butler Avenue, PO Box 2749, Tybee Island, GA 31328. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 21, at 1:00pm in the Tybee Island Public Safety Building (78 Van Horn, Tybee Island). This Request for Proposal and all corresponding documents can be found on and downloaded from the City’s website: http://www.cityoftybee.org/Bids.aspx Direct all questions in writing to Stanley Bearden at sbearden@cityoftybee.org. The City of Tybee Island, GA may (i) reject any, any part of, or all bids and proposals with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (ii) waive informalities and technicalities, (iii) negotiate directly with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (iv) accept that proposal which the City of Tybee Island, GA deems to be in its best interest, whether or not it is the lowest dollar proposal.
