Please be aware of COVID-19 related scams targeted at Tybee Island residents. No department with the city is soliciting funds for any type of equipment or supplies. Nor have we been contacted by any organization about raising funds on our behalf. If you receive a solicitation asking for money to purchase hand sanitizer, Lysol wipes, bug spray, gloves and food for our police officers, this is not sanctioned by the City of Tybee.
