Tybrisa Street and the roundabout will be closed to thru traffic Oct. 7-10 for Pirate Fest, with limited access available for delivery trucks. The street will reopen at 6 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 10.
Butler Avenue will be closed Oct. 8 for the Pirate Parade at 2:45 p.m. and will reopen as soon as safe to do so after the parade.
