[ARCHIVED] Siren Test Today at Noon

Siren test at noon today. Other testing continues until approximately 12:30, at which point the "This is only a test" voice announcement transmits. Testing is foregone if weather gets cloudy or if test might cause confusion. Looks pretty nice out, tho'!
