While the risk of contracting Coronavirus (COVID-19) remains low for the general public, the City of Tybee has begun collaborating with the Chatham Emergency Management Agency (CEMA) to closely monitor the outbreak. Furthermore, Tybee Island first responders are undergoing additional infectious disease training.

To stay safe and informed, citizens should obtain information from official sources only. The City of Tybee Island will provide updates as needed via official communication outlets including social media and cable Channel 7.
