Dear Valued customer,
This is a reminder that our utility payment software is changing as of 9/20/23, and the current Express Billpay portal will not be accessible after that date.
- Go to the current payment website and make you payment prior to September 20th.
- Pay by cash or check at City Hall, or mail a check to PO Box 2749, Tybee Island, Ga 31328
- Wait until the new payment system is available on September 25th, and register your new autopay information at that time. You will be able to access the new portal through the City website just as you do now.
Be aware that during this transition time, the City will not be assessing late payment fees.
