City Council usually meets in the City Hall Auditorium on the second and fourth Thursday of each month, with the Consent Agenda meeting beginning at 6:30pm, followed by the City Council Meeting at 7pm and running until business is complete. There are some exceptions for certain holidays, and locations and times may change for certain circumstances.
If you have an issue you would like to bring up before Council, download the Council Agenda Item Request form, from Downloads>Forms under General Forms, and return it to the City Clerk via mail at the address at left, via email, or fax it to 786-5737. |

The Meeting Agenda is published in advance of each meeting; visit this same link to review the synopsis following the meeting. Both synopses and minutes are archived on the City Council Minutes page.
Meetings begin with a Consent Agenda Meeting at 6:30.
The formal meeting convenes at 7pm and runs until all business is complete.
The Council may go into Executive Session (non-public), usually prior to the Consent Agenda, between the two scheduled portions of the meeting, or following the full meeting.
